Seeing Not-Seeing

True seeing is active, intentional seeing; seeing that sees seeing as it is; sees that seeing is seeing/not-seeing. Likewise, true thinking is thinking that knows (thinks) thinking is thinking/not-thinking – called ‘nonthinking,’ and ‘right-thinking’ in Shobogenzo.
