The true nature of reason (dori)

Insofar as it is real, ‘reason’ is only actualized as particular thoughts, words, and deeds by particular beings in and as particular place-times. No rational thought, word, or deed has ever been realized apart from a particular being’s aspiration to realize it. No aspiration has ever been realized apart from a particular being’s ability to rationally conceive of its attainability.
